Kinder penguins went on a nature walk and sorted their items by physical properties. Then they felt items in a mystery box with their eyes closed. Students worked together to describe the objects physical properties and guess what was inside. What a fun way to explore matter!
Seven Pines is presenting a word workshop! Have your students teach you how they work with words at school and learn how to better support your penguins at home. Great News: The Book Fair is Coming!!!
The Scholastic Book Fair will be here from Friday, Oct 20 to Friday Oct 27! We have a few exciting updates and a couple of changes for this year.
The first one is very exciting: There will be NO TAX charged on any books!
We will be open before school BUT there will be a schedule. Only two grades can come at a time- K&1 will come Wednesday, Oct 25th, 2&3 can come Thursday, Oct 26th, and 4&5th can come Friday, October 27th.
We will be open for Fall Festival!!!!!
I will also be open for families to shop after school on Wednesday, Oct 25th from 2:30-5:00pm.

October is National Bullying Prevention Month. During this month, students will learn about bullying on the morning announcements as well as participate in guidance lessons on conflict resolution, understanding others, and treating people with kindness.
